Zero stars. I placed my order during the week of Black Friday, and it took forever to ship. When I finally received a confirmation that it had shipped and would arrive in a few days, I was relieved. However, shortly after, I received another notification stating that it would be arriving late. A few more days passed, and I got a new notification saying the package would arrive on Monday.
Come Monday, I received a notice that the package had arrived, but no package was delivered. When I scanned the tracking information on the UPS portal, it said the package was delivered. I clicked on the "view your package" option, only to get an error message stating it could not be viewed. I then called UPS, but their automated system informed me that the shipper must file a claim.
I tried to contact Vision Street Wear, but there was no phone number available. I sent an email detailing the situation, but to this day, I have not received a response. They seem quick to ask for a review but fail to address their customers' concerns.
I’m terribly disappointed. I grew up skating with this brand and was thrilled to see it back in production. I truly wanted to support the brand I loved in my youth, but their customer service is appalling. Please get a phone line or at least respond to your emails.
